 No dogs may be collected without payment.

Please be punctual delivering and collecting your dog, there needs to be a gap between grooms for cleaning. I will try to accommodate you if you are late but it may just mean a bath and quick trim but full price charged.  If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be offered as a cancelation and full payment will be due as a missed appointment.

If you are late collecting your dog this will be charged at £5.00 every 15 minutes.

Dogs must be exercised before arrival as they go straight in the bath then onto the table, a full bladder is uncomfortable and distressing for your dog.

If your dog shows aggression or distress , I reserve the right to discontinue to groom your dog but some payment may still be required.

If post groom, any medical issues including skin irritations arise, they must be disclosed to me within 24 hours. This can be done by email, text or phone.

If the dog is matted and short/close clipping is required , it may be expected that redness or a haematoma could occur doe to the blood rushing back into the area once the mat has been released.

Ear plucking; if not done regularly will result in the dog shaking its head; which could cause injury to the ear flap.

If you wish to cancel, 48 hours-notice prior to the groom must be given or there will be full charge.

 If you do NOT show up for your appointment, full price is payable
